摘要
随着“互联网+”和信息技术的日益普及和深入应用,“大数据”在各行业多领域激发出了翻天覆地的变化。在电力行业,供电所是基层单位,履行设备主人、客户服务主体、业务经理等多重角色。将设备信息、客户信息、供售电量、运行维护状况、计量与结算等运营数据应用到供电所运营管理过程中,全面树立“用数据说话、用数据管理、用数据决策、用数据创新”的管理理念,以深入推进供电所管理由既往的“业务管理”向“数据驱动”转型。本文以“夯实供电所基础数据管理为核心,打造数字化管理供电所”为目标,探索数字化供电所的建设应用,加速供电所向数字化、信息化的管理模式创新转型。
With the popularization and in-depth application of“Internet+”information technology,“big data”has aroused tremendous changes in various fi elds of various industries.In the power industry,as a basic unit,the power supply station is responsible for performing the multiple roles of equipment owner,customer service subject,business manager,etc.,applying operation data such as equipment information,customer number,electricity supply and sale,operation and maintenance status,measurement and settlement to the operation and management process of the power supply station,and comprehensively establishing“speaking with data,using data management,using data decision-making,using data innovation”.”The management concept of power supply station is to further promote the transformation of power supply station management from previous“business management”to“Data-Driven”.With the goal of“tamping the basic data management of the power supply station as the core and building a digital management power supply station”,actively explore the development path of the digital power supply station,and accelerate the innovation and transformation of the digital and information management mode of the power supply station.
