中国北部小叶杨光合生理与叶片表型变异分析 被引量:2

Variation analysis of photosynthetic physiology and leaf phenotype on Populus simonii in northern China

摘要 为探究小叶杨光合生理及叶片表型特性变异情况以进行更好的经营管理和遗传改良研究,以中国北部9个地区的425株小叶杨为试验材料,采用方差分析、多重比较、聚类分析等方法开展研究.结果表明:(1)以种群分析,小叶杨叶片表型平均变异系数均值为0.49,大于光合生理特征的平均变异系数0.265,表型变异更加丰富;(2)不同地区之间叶片表型特征也存在显著差异(P<0.05),富县与伊川县地区的叶片面积(54.39 cm^2,57.42 cm^2)要明显大于其它地区,而中宁县地区则仅有17.81 cm^2,互助县地区小叶杨具有最大的叶片周长与长宽比,叶形偏细长;(3)聚类分析显示地理位置相距较近的地区,小叶杨具有更加相近的光合及表型特征. To investigate the variation of photosynthetic physiological traits and leaf phenotypic characteristics of Populus Simonii for better management and genetic improvement study,425 individuals from 9 counties in northern China were sampled and variance analysis,multiple comparison and cluster analysis were conducted.The results showed that:(1)mean variation coefficients of leaf phenotype and photosynthetic physiological characteristics at whole population level were 0.49 and 0.265,respectively,indicating a higher variation from leaf phenotype.(2)Meanwhile,leaf phenotypic characteristics varied significantly among regions(P<0.05).Leaf area of P.simonii from Fuxian Country and Yichuan Country(54.39 cm^2,57.42 cm^2)were obviously larger than that from other areas,while that of Zhongning County was only 17.81 cm^2.P.simonii from Huzhu County had the largest leaf perimeter and length:width ratio,demonstrating a slightly slender leaf shape.(3)Cluster analysis showed that P.simonii from more adjacent regions showed higher similarity in photosynthetic and phenotypic characteristics.
