摘要
采用同步蒸馏萃取法和气质联用仪(GC-MS)相结合,测定了西藏簇角缨象天牛取食前后的核桃树皮、树叶的挥发性成分.结果表明,从健康的核桃树皮(对照)中检出35种化合物,包含13种萜烯类物质,占总量的39.63%;从被西藏簇角缨象天牛取食过的核桃树皮中检出39种化合物,包含18种萜烯类物质,占总量的55.50%,较对照提高了15.87%.从健康的核桃树叶(对照)中检出35种化合物,包含17种萜烯类物质,占总量的54.77%;从被西藏簇角缨象天牛取食过的核桃树叶中也检出35种化合物,包含18种萜烯类物质,占总量的75.74%,较对照提高了20.97%.这表明西藏簇角缨象天牛取食诱导了寄主合成萜烯类次生代谢产物.
The volatile components of walnut bark and leaves before and after being fed by Cacia cretifera thibetana were studied by simultaneous distillation extraction combined with GC-MS analysis.The results showed that 35 compounds were detected from the healthy walnut bark,in which 13 terpene compounds accounted for 39.63%of the total contents.A total of 39 compounds were found in the walnut bark fed by C.cretifera thibetana,in which 18 terpene compounds made up 55.50%of the total contents,increasing by 15.87%compared with the control.Further,35 compounds were detected from the healthy walnut leaves,with 17 terpenes accounting for 54.77%of the total contents.Meanwhile,35 compounds were found from the damaged leaves of walnut fed by C.cretifera thibetana,with 18 types of terpenes accounting for 75.74%of the total,which increased by 20.97%compared with the control.The results indicated that the feeding of C.cretifera thibetana induced its host plant to synthesize secondary terpene compounds.
