摘要
为提高水路运输类科技论文的编校质量,满足日益严格的科技期刊编校规范的要求,对此类论文的编校问题进行分析。结合科技期刊编校常用的标准和规范,以及水路运输业的基本特点,阐述此类科技论文编校的要点和难点;在此基础上,总结以往的论文编校案例,指出此类论文中常见的编校问题,包括语言组织不恰当、量和单位的使用不规范及编排格式不统一等。结合日常工作经验,从水路运输类科技期刊编辑的角度提出解决这些问题的措施,包括提高编辑的业务技能、优化编辑队伍结构、加强交流沟通和加强编辑工作管理等,为更好地完成此类论文的编校工作提供参考。
The job of editing and proofreading of papers on waterway transportation is special in certain extent.This paper summarizes the findings in the process of editing and proofreading.It is not unusual that an author fails to express his ideal accurately or professionally,not mention the carelessly use of abbreviations or nonstandard units.To judge and correct them may need profound understanding of special subjects which may be beyond the reach of an editor.The measures of achieving high standard editing and proofreading are suggested in the light of the standards and norms commonly used in sci-tech periodicals and the basic characteristics of waterway transportation industry.
