摘要
为提升典型航运企业应对国际复杂经济环境变化的能力,需适时优化调整企业内部的风控体系。结合顶层规范对企业风控体系的管控要求,分析典型航运企业的风控体系架构。通过对标先进企业的风控体系,分析企业当前的风控体系存在的问题,提出改进风控体系的若干优化建议,为提高企业的核心竞争力,保持企业持续健康发展提供保障。
It is necessary to adjust the risk control system of a typical shipping enterprise so as to make it keep up with the change of international economic environment.This paper analyzes the risk control system architecture of the shipping enterprise against the control requirements in the top-level specifications of the enterprise.Through comparing with the risk control system of the advanced enterprises,the weak points of the current risk control system are defined,and some optimization suggestions for improving the risk control system are proposed.It is expected that the improvements will strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise and guarantee the long-lasting healthy development.
