摘要
生态文明建设、调整能源结构和低碳发展是我国当前和未来时代的特征,生物天然气因具有生态、环保和能源的三重属性,得到广泛的关注。生物天然气是以农林废弃物和畜禽粪便为原料发酵后经提纯制取的天然气。2015年国家发布农村沼气工程转型升级工作方案,标志着沼气大规模开发利用时代的到来,提倡高品位的生物天然气,倡导用现代技术手段建设规模化、商业化的大型生物天然气项目。文章重点从我国生物天然气在国家政策、工艺装备和发展模式方面进行探讨,并提出行业未来发展的建议。
Ecological civilization construction,energy structure adjustment,and low carbon development are the features of current and future time in China.Bio-natural gas(BNG)has received extensive attention due to its triple attribute of ecology,environmental protection and energy.Bio-natural gas is a kind of gas purified from biogas produced from anaerobic fermentation of agricultural and forestry waste and livestock waste.In 2015,China issued a work plan for transforming and upgrading rural biogas,marking the arrival of large-scale biogas development and utilization era.It advocated the use of modern technology means to build large-scale,commercial projects producing high-grade bio-natural gas.This paper mainly discussed the national policies,process equipment and development mode of biogas in China.At the end of the paper,the author put forward suggestions for the future development of the biogas industry.
