摘要
如何提高资源利用率、降低资源能源的消耗、降低污染物以及回收再利用加工后的残余物,是食品企业和环保行业需要解决的重要问题。食品工业加工目前的生产瓶颈是浸提工段,设备投入大,使用过程能耗高,污水排放量大。文章重点介绍了饮料茶浸提技术及节能生产应用特点、以及加工残渣利用途径,为创新节能微排工艺提供参考。
How to improve the utilization rate of resources,reduce the consumption of resources and energy,reduce pollutants,recycle and reuse the residues after processing,is an important problem that food enterprises and environmental protection industry need to solve.At present,the bottleneck of food processing is the extraction section,with large equipment input,high energy consumption and large sewage discharge.This paper mainly introduced the technology of beverage tea extraction,the characteristics of energy saving application,as well as the utilization ways of process residue,It provides reference for the innovation of energy saving and small discharge process.
