摘要
为解决以牛粪为原料厌氧发酵产气率低的问题,研究通过固定床厌氧发酵工艺来提高产气效率。文章以产气效果为评价指标,在考察不同固定床载体材料对牛粪厌氧发酵产气效果影响的基础上,研究搅拌间隔、料液浓度、温度、水力停留时间(Hydraulic Retention Time,HRT)对发酵体系产气效果的影响。结果表明,添加碳纤维膜的处理组甲烷产率和COD去除率最高,比对照分别提高15.6%和17.5%。单因素优化以碳纤维膜为载体材料固定床发酵最佳产气条件为:搅拌间隔、料液浓度、发酵温度和HRT分别为24 h,8%,35℃和12 d。表明采用固定床发酵工艺可以显著提高牛粪厌氧发酵的产气效果。
In order to solve the problem of low gas production rate in the anaerobic fermentation of cow dung,the fixed-bed anaerobic fermentation technology was studied to improve the gas production efficiency.Taking the gas production as the evaluation index,the influence of different fixed-bed carrier materials on the gas production of cow dung was studied,and the effect of stirring interval,material concentration,temperature and hydraulic retention time(HRT)on the gas production were investigated.The results showed that the methane production rate and COD removal rate were the highest for the group with carbon fiber membrane as carrier,which were 15.6%and 17.5%higher than the control group respectively.The optimal gas production conditions for fixed-bed fermentation with carbon fiber membrane as the carrier material were:stirring interval of 24 h,material concentration of 8%,fermentation temperature of 35℃,and HRT of 12 d.The results indicated that the gas production efficiency of the anaerobic fermentation of cow manure could be improved by using the fixed-bed fermentation technology.
