摘要
目的:考证和梳理黄芪药用品种的历史沿革,调查黄芪栽培情况,为黄芪药材的质量等级评价研究奠定基础。方法:通过本草、标准,及近现代文献资料整理对黄芪类药用品种进行考证。通过主产地实地调查,了解和掌握黄芪《中国药典》收载基原栽培现状及问题。结果与结论:黄芪类药用品种曾经较为复杂,但目前随着中药产业化发展,药用品种趋于稳定并已实现大规模栽培,尤以药典收载基原蒙古黄芪为主。然而由于传统和现代栽培方式的差异,导致价格悬殊,亟需建立黄芪质量等级评价方法。
Objective:To carry out textual research on the historical evolution of Radix Astragali,investigate its cultivation situation,and lay foundation for quality grading evaluation of Radix Astragali.Methods:The species of Radix Astragali were studied based on compendia of Chinese Materia Medica,standards and literatures.The cultivation situation,origins and species issues of Radix Astragali listed in Chinese Pharmacopeia were ascertained by investigation of actual visits to the main origins,Results and Conclusion:The medicinal species of Radix Astragali were complicated previously.As the industrialization development of TCM,the medicinal species of Radix Astragali became stabilization and the large-scale cultivation had been realized.The species of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.,and mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao(menggu huangqi)were listed in Chinese Pharmacopeia.The differences between traditional and modern cultivation methods resulted in the prices disparity.It is necessary to establish the method for quality grading evaluation of Radix Astragali.
