摘要 目的探讨信号转导与转录活化因子3(STAT3)、Livin蛋白和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在豫北地区食管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月新乡医学院第一附属医院胸外科手术切除的400例食管癌术后组织标本和400例癌旁正常组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测STAT3、Livin蛋白、VEGF在食管癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达,并分析其与食管癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果STAT3、Livin、VEGF在食管癌组织中阳性表达率分别为73.33%(293/400)、66.75%(267/400)、76.67%(306/400);STAT3、Livin蛋白、VEGF在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为43.33%(174/400)、43.33%(174/400)、43.33%(174/400)。食管癌组织中STAT3、Livin蛋白、VEGF的阳性表达率高于癌旁正常组织(χ^2=72.849、43.704、90.750,P<0.05)。食管癌组织中STAT3、Livin蛋白、VEGF表达与TNM分期、组织学分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、性别、病理类型及肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05)。结论食管癌组织中STAT3、Livin蛋白、VEGF表达增高,且与食管癌患者临床病理学特征关系密切。 Objective To investigate the expression of signal transducers and activations of transcriptions 3(STAT3),Livin protein and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in esophageal cancer tissue and their clinical significance.Methods Four hundred esophageal carcinoma tissue specimens and four hundred adjacent normal tissue specimens were collected in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from April 2017 to April 2019.The expressions of STAT3,Livin protein and VEGF in the esophageal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and their relationship with the clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer patients was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of STAT3,Livin protein and VEGF in the esophageal cancer tissue was 73.33%(293/400),66.75%(267/400)and 76.67%(306/400),respectively.The positive expression rate of STAT3,Livin protein and VEGF in the adjacent normal tissue was 43.33%(174/400),43.33%(174/400)and 43.33%(174/400),respectively.The positive expression rate of STAT3,Livin protein and VEGF in the esophageal carcinoma tissue was higher than that in the adjacent normal tissue(χ^2=72.849,43.704,90.750;P<0.05).The positive expressions of STAT3,Livin protein and VEGF in the esophageal cancer tissue were closely related to TNM stage,histological differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and they were not related to the age,gender,pathological type and tumor location of the esophageal cancer patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The expressions of STAT3,Livin protein and VEGF in esophageal cancer are increased,which are closely related to the clinicopathological features of patients with esophageal cancer.
