以呼吸机为例浅谈计量器具校准报告确认的必要性 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨计量器具校准报告确认的必要性。方法:按照JJF 1234—2018《呼吸机校准规范》和JJF 1094—2002《测量仪器特性评定》的规定,以某院95台呼吸机为例,对潮气量、呼吸频率、气道峰压、呼气末正压和吸气氧浓度5个计量特性进行校准报告确认,从计量特性、使用年限和使用科室3个方面对结果进行分析。结果:不合格的呼吸机占比为16.84%,不合格的计量特性包括潮气量、吸气氧浓度和气道峰压,其中潮气量占比70.59%,吸气氧浓度占比23.53%,气道峰压占比5.88%;使用年限在6~10 a的呼吸机不合格率最高(28.57%),使用年限在1 a以内的不合格率最低(0.00%),而超过使用年限的呼吸机仅有1台,占比6.25%;涉及的临床使用科室有7个,其中呼吸内科占比最大,ICU次之。结论:计量器具校准报告确认工作的开展十分必要,医院计量管理人员应根据实际情况合理、高效地做好计量器具校准报告确认工作。 Objective To explore the necessity of confirming the calibration report of measuring instruments.Methods According to JJF 1234—2018 Calibration specification for ventilators and JJF 1094—2002 Evaluation of the characteristics of measuring instruments,95 ventilators in some hospital were taken as examples to execute calibration report confirming over five measurement characteristics of tidal volume,respiratory frequency,peak airway pressure,positive end-expiratory pressure and inspiratory oxygen concentration,and the results were analyzed from the aspects of measurement characteristic,service life and user department.Results The unqualified ventilator accounted for 16.84%,and the unqualified measurement characteristics included tidal volume,inspiratory oxygen concentration and peak airway pressure,of which tidal volume had the proportion being 70.59%,inspiratory oxygen concentration had the proportion being 23.53%and peak airway pressure had the proportion being 5.88%.The ventilators with 6-10 a service life gained the highest unqualified rates(28.57%),while the ones with 1 a service life had the lowest unqualified rates(0.00%);there was only one ventilator with extended service age(6.25%);there were 7 clinical departments involved in,of which,respiratory medicine department and ICU were at the top of the list.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out the confirmation of the calibration report of measuring instruments.The hospital measurement management personnel should reasonably and efficiently confirm the calibration report of measuring instruments according to the actual situation.
