摘要
目的:设计一种用于烧伤整形术后恢复的自动翻身床,以改进目前手动医用翻身床耗费人力、物力,床板占用公共空间特别是应急通道的情况,降低护理工作难度。方法:该翻身床由床架、床板、翻转机构、支撑结构、传动系统构成。床架为框架结构,采用不锈钢管材焊接而成;床板材料为高硬高密度海绵,外层采用优质聚氨酯(polyurethane,PU)皮革缝合;翻转机构主要为床板传递翻转运动,由翻转支撑盘和H型支撑架构成;支撑结构采用曲柄滑块机构,通过滑块移动带动曲柄摆动到支撑位置进行支撑;传动系统主要有2条传动路线,分别由翻转电动机和支撑电动机驱动,采用齿轮传动和链传动实现翻转和支撑动力的传递。结果:该翻身床用于患者翻身时由1人护理即可完成,翻身时间为3~5 min,占用空间小,在舒适度以及家属护理可行性等方面均有明显提高。结论:该翻身床操作简单、舒适度高,减少了护理人员的人数以及劳动量,降低了安全隐患,提高了自动化程度。
Objective To design an automatic turnover bed for the patient after burn plastic surgery so as to avoid wastes of manpower and materials and to decrease the difficulty of nursing.Methods The turnover bed was composed of a bedstead,a bed board,a rotating mechanism,a supporting mechanism and a drive mechanism.The bedstead was gifted with a frame structure,welded with stainless steel pipes;the bed board was made of high-hardness and high-density sponge,whose outer layer was sewn with high-quality polyurethane(PU)leather;the turnover mechanism was mainly used to transfer the turnover movement of the bed board,which consisted of a turnover support plate and an H-shaped support frame;the support slidercrank mechanism realized supporting by moving the slider to drive the crank to the desired position;the transmission system mainly had two transmission routes,which were driven by the turning motor and the supporting motor respectively,and power transmission of turnover and supporting was realized by the gear drive and chain drive.Results The bed completed one times of turnover within 3 to 5 min,with one nurse,low space occupancy,high comfort,family nursing feasibility and etc.Conclusion The bed gains advantages in operation,comfort,nursing workload,safety and automation.
