摘要
对四支运行了不同年限的特高压复合绝缘子进行了电气和机械参数研究,其中包括外观检测,额定机械负荷耐受试验,交流耐压试验和陡波冲击试验。同时,对特高压绝缘子伞裙进行了傅里叶光谱分析。研究结果表明,样本复合绝缘子的电气和机械性能保持良好。通过分析光谱发现,运行10年的绝缘子内外硅橡胶红外光谱有明显区别,推测是老化导致的水解造成。研究结果为特高压复合绝缘子相关运行性能的检测和研究提供了参考。
This paper makes a study on the electrical and mechanical parameters of four UHV composite insulators with different operating ages,including the study of appearance inspection,rated mechanical load tolerance test,AC voltage endurance test and steep slope impact test.The paper also makes the Fourier spectrum analysis on UHV insulator umbrella skirt.The results show that the electrical and mechanical properties of the composite insulator remain good.Spectrum analyses find that the infrared spectra of silicone rubber inside and outside the insulator after ten years of operation are obviously different,presumably due to the hydrolysis caused by aging.The results of the paper provide a reference for the detection and study on the related performance of UHV composite insulators.
