考虑设备兼容性的电能质量综合评价方法

摘要 电能质量综合评价的主体是用电设备,用电设备对电能质量污染的耐受能力及污染对设备的影响应作为评价的依据。从设备群体的电能质量兼容角度出发,构建基于设备兼容性的电能质量综合评价指标,提出了考虑电力用户损失的指标权重确定方法,采用可拓学评价方法对电网电能质量进行综合量化评价,提高了评判的客观性。算例结果验证了所提方法的正确性与合理性。 Electrical equipment is the main body of the power quality comprehensive evaluation.The tolerance ability of the electrical equipment to pollution of the power quality and the impact of the pollution on the equipment should be the basis for the evaluation.Based on the electromagnetic compatibility of equipment group,a comprehensive evaluation index system of power quality based on electromagnetic compatibility was constructed in this paper.The method of determining the weights of the index system considering the loss of the electrical user was also proposed.The extension evaluation method which could effectively solve the subjectivity of power quality evaluation was used to realize the comprehensive quantization of the power grid power quality evaluation.The correctness and rationality of the proposed method was verified by the results of the example.
