摘要
目的观察手机APP平台的延伸护理服务对初产妇剖宫产术后纯母乳喂养率的影响。方法将我院行剖宫产术的初产妇94例根据入院顺序分为两组,各47例。对照组予以常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上予以手机APP平台的延伸护理服务。比较两组的护理效果。结果试验组的健康知识掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的HAMA、HAMD评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的BESE评分及纯母乳喂养率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手机APP平台的延伸护理服务应用于行剖宫产术的初产妇中,可减轻其焦虑、抑郁程度,提高纯母乳喂养率。
Objective To observe the effect of extended nursing service of mobile APP platform on exclusive breastfeeding rate of primipara after cesarean section.Methods A total of 94 primiparas who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given extended nursing service of mobile APP platform on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The rate of mastering health knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).BESE score and exclusive breastfeeding rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended nursing service of mobile APP platform applied to primipara after cesarean section can reduce primiparas'anxiety and depression,improve the exclusive breastfeeding rate.
