摘要
目的探讨以患者为中心的多层面积极护理在初诊妇科肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的88例妇科肿瘤初诊患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各44例。对照组行常规护理,观察组给予以患者为中心的多层面积极护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果出院时,两组患者除精神病性外,其余9项评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院后1个月,观察组患者躯体、角色、认知、情绪、社会功能、总体健康量表评分均高于对照组及入院时,恶心呕吐、疼痛、疲劳症状评分低于对照组及入院时(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度、疾病认知度、负性情绪改善情况良好率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以患者为中心的多层面积极护理可有效改善患者的负性情绪,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of patient-centered multi-level active nursing in newly diagnosed gynecological tumors patients.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,88 newly diagnosed gynecological tumors patients enrolled in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given patient-centered multi-level active nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results When discharged from hospital,the scores of the other 9 items in the two groups decreased except for psychosis,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).One month after discharge,the scores of body,role,cognition,emotion,social function and general health scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and at admission,and the symptom scores of nausea,vomiting,pain and fatigue were lower than those in the control group and at admission(P<0.05).The good rates of nursing satisfaction,disease awareness and negative emotion improvement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patient-centered multi-level active nursing can effectively improve patients'negative emotion and enhance patients'quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
