摘要
目的探讨中医情志护理在手外伤患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年10月我院收治的80例手外伤患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为对照组(40例,常规护理)与观察组(40例,常规护理+中医情志护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的HAMA及HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的GQOLI-74各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理在手外伤患者康复中的应用效果显著,可以改善患者的手外伤恢复情况,减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in rehabilitation of hand trauma patients.Methods From January 2016 to October 2018,80 patients with hand trauma admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(40 cases,routine nursing+traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of GQOLI-74 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in the rehabilitation of hand trauma patients has a remarkable application effect.It can ameliorate the recovery of hand trauma,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
