摘要
目的探讨化痰通窍方联合三维五感促醒法治疗痰瘀互结型脑梗死植物状态患者的效果。方法选取我院脑病科接受治疗的42例痰瘀互结型脑梗死植物状态的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各21例。对照组给予三维五感促醒法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合化痰通窍方治疗。比较两组FOUR、CRS-R评分及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的FOUR及CRS-R各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰通窍方联合三维五感促醒法治疗痰瘀互结型脑梗死植物状态患者的效果显著,能有效恢复患者意识,促进其恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of Huatan Tongqiao recipe combined with Sanwei Wugan Cuxing method in the treatment of patients with vegetative state of cerebral infarction with intermingled phlegm and stasis type.Methods Forty-two patients with vegetative state of cerebral infarction of intermingled phlegm and stasis type treated in the encephalopathy department of our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sanwei Wugan Cuxing method,the observation group was treated with Huatan Tongqiao recipe on the basis of the control group.The scores of FOUR,CRS-R and curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of FOUR and CRS-R in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Tongqiao recipe combined with Sanwei Wugan Cuxing method in the treatment of patients with vegetative state of cerebral infarction with intermingled phlegm and stasis type is effective,which can effectively restore the consciousness and promote the recovery of patients.
