摘要
目的探讨三联疗法联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗儿童幽门螺旋杆菌感染的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月于郑州儿童医院消化内科住院的根除幽门螺旋杆菌的患儿90例,按入院先后顺序编号将其随机分为研究组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组给予常规三联疗法(阿莫西林+克拉霉素+奥美拉唑);研究组在对照组基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌散口服。治疗结束4周后,患儿返院行C13呼气试验评估幽门螺旋杆菌根除情况及腹泻发生率、用药后腹泻发生时间和腹泻持续时间。结果研究组幽门螺旋杆菌根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组腹泻发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组用药后腹泻发生时间显著晚于对照组,腹泻持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌散可以提高儿童幽门螺旋杆菌根除率,并降低抗生素相关性腹泻发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of triple therapy combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in children.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,90 children with Helicobacter pylori eradication in the gastroenterology department of Zhengzhou children's hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)by the order of admission number.The control group was given conventional triple therapy(amoxicillin+clarithromycin+omeprazole),the study group was added oral Saccharomyces boulardii powder on the basis of the control group.At 4 weeks after treatment,the children returned to hospital for C13 breath test to evaluate the eradication of Helicobacter pylori,the incidence of diarrhea,the occurrence time of diarrhea after taking medicine and the duration of diarrhea.Results The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of diarrhea in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the occurrence time of diarrhea in the study group was significantly later than that in the control group,and the duration of diarrhea was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii powder can improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in children and reduce the incidence of antibiotic related diarrhea,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
