摘要
榆林某煤矿计划改造地面建筑供暖设施及主井井口供暖方式,以达到节能环保平稳运行的目的。在通过理论计算的方式论证了副井乏风余热可满足该矿地面建筑供暖需要后,对比了现行的5种主要供暖方式的综合成本;接着,陈述了通过双级螺杆压缩式热泵机组和超低温空气源热泵利用矿井乏风余热联合供暖的优势,并列举了该供暖方式的应用实例。分析认为,该供暖方式为西北地区的矿区冬季供暖环保节能节电节效做出了样板,值得广大的煤炭企业重视并推广。
In order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection,a coal mine in Yulin plans to transform the heating facilities of the ground buildings and the heating mode of the main shaft site.Theoretical calculation shows that the exhaust air heat of the auxiliary shaft can meet the heating needs of the ground buildings in the mine.By comparing the comprehensive cost of five main heating modes,the advantages of the combined heating of mine exhaust air heat through two-stage screw compression heat pump unit and ultra-low temperature air source heat pump were analyzed,and the application examples of the heating mode were listed.The analysis shows that this heating mode has a good promotion value in winter heating of coal enterprises in Northwest China.
