摘要
受设备自身、地质条件以及人为情况等因素影响,钻孔施工时常会发生掉钻等事故,严重时会导致钻孔报废。为探讨掉入井内的钻头进行打捞作业的有效方式,以雅店煤矿1号钻孔在施工过程中发生的井内落物为例开展了具体分析。结合工程概况和施工过程,分析了事故发生的原因;并根据井下钻探查分析情况,制作套铣打捞器成功进行了落物打捞;对事故处理过程进行了经验总结,并提出了有针对性的改进措施。实践表明,套铣打捞法对材质坚硬的落物打捞可行性高,有一定的推广价值。
Due to the influence of equipments,geological conditions and human factors,drill pipe falling accidents often occur during drilling construction,which will lead to borehole abandonment in serious cases.Taking the falling objects in the well during the construction of No.1 borehole in Yadian coal mine as an example,the effective way of the salvage of falling objects was discussed.Combined with the engineering situation and construction process,the causes of accidents were analyzed.According to the investigation and analysis of drilling,the overshot was made and the salvage of falling objects was successfully carried out.Based on the summary of the accident handling process,the targeted improvement measures were put forward.The practice shows that this method is feasible for fishing hard objects,and has a certain promotion value.
