摘要
神东公司上湾煤矿12401综采工作面为全世界首个8.8 m超大采高工作面,初采前在工作面切眼范围采取超前深孔预裂爆破的强制放顶措施管理顶板,强制放顶工作主要包括:地面装药、运输、钻孔装药、爆破4个环节,上湾煤矿针对性地制定了相应的安全技术措施,有效地保证了工作面的顺利投产。
The No.12401 fully mechanized mining face in Shangwan Coal Mine of Shendong Company is the first fully mechanized face with 8.8 m super large mining height in the world.Before the mining,the forced caving measures of advanced deep hole pre-splitting blasting were carried out in the open-off cut of working face.The forced caving work mainly includes four links of the ground charging,the transportation,the borehole charging and the blasting.By adopting the corresponding safety technical measures,the safety production of the working face was effectively guaranteed.
