突出煤层采面高位拦截预抽技术优化研究

摘要 针对突出煤层采煤工作面回采过程中上隅角及回风瓦斯超限等问题,提出施工高位拦截钻孔预抽卸压瓦斯的思路。通过高位拦截预抽机理分析、数值模拟、工程实践验证等手段,改进优化了高位拦截钻孔施工参数,包括钻场布置、钻孔长度、终孔位置等。首先通过高位拦截预抽机理“O”形圈理论分析及数值模拟研究,分析煤层开挖后围岩应力分布情况和围岩塑性区发育情况,确定“O”形圈范围及高位拦截位置。最后对其高位拦截效果进行工程实践验证,实践表明,优化高位拦截钻孔参数后,可以大幅减少钻孔工程量、延长钻孔有效抽采周期,单孔瓦斯浓度最高达到90%,有效解决了工作面回采期间瓦斯超限的问题,对突出煤层工作面的瓦斯治理具有重要的指导意义,高位拦截钻孔布置在煤层或软弱岩层中具有推广意义。 In view of the problems of gas overrun in upper corner and return roadway in the mining process of the working face with outburst coal seam,the method of constructing high-level interception drilling for gas pre-drainage was put forward.Through the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the stress distribution of surrounding rock and the development of plastic zone of surrounding rock in the mining of coal working face were analyzed,the“O”shape range and high-level interception position were determined,and the layout of drilling field,the length of drilling hole and the position of final hole were optimized.The practice of high-level interception pre-drainage shows that by optimizing the parameters of high-level interception drilling,the amount of drilling work is greatly reduced,the effective extraction time of drilling is prolonged,and the maximum gas concentration in a single hole reaches 90%,which effectively solves the problem of gas overrun during the mining period of the working face,and has an important guiding significance for gas control in the working face of outburst coal seam.
