摘要
随着酱油生产中新技术、新工艺、新设备、新材料的不断涌现和应用,酱油生产企业的技术老化周期越来越短。企业需要通过技术改造增强活力和经济效益。该文简要介绍了对现有酱油生产线进行升级改造项目的市场、技术和经济的可行性研究,项目方案合理可行,项目低投入规避了一定的风险,又为企业的后续发展增强了活力,并具有良好的经济效益。
With the continuous emergence and application of new technologies,new processes,new equipment and new materials in soy sauce production,the technological aging cycle of soy sauce production enterprises is becoming shorter and shorter.Enterprises need to enhance vitality and economic benefits through technological transformation.The feasibility study on market,technology and economy of the existing soy sauce production line upgrading project was briefly introduced in this paper,and the project was reasonable and feasible.The low investment of the project avoided certain risks,enhanced the vitality for the subsequent development of the enterprise,and had good economic benefits.
