摘要
整理文献发现,各医家在气街认识上观点不统一,且对头胸腹气街的范围及应用分歧并不大,而对胫气街的认识及应用则不统一。探讨对气街之“气”的3种认识和对气街的内涵的5种认识,气街部位划分及应用。以表格的形式整理归纳各气街中所选重要穴位、部位与其对应的临床应用,分析对胚气街范围的不同认识,从临床应用出发联系标本根结理论提出胫气街的重要性为诸气街之最。
Finding thatstudies hold different views on the pathway of Qi but range its application slightly on head,chest and abdomen,this paper reorganizes the understanding of the pathway of Qi seeking to unify the definition of the pathway of Qi and universalize its application.In the meantime,the paper qualifies the nQinin the term of“the pathway of Qi”,the insight of the pathway of Qi and its mechanism of action with clinical application included.Tracing to its source,the paper lists in charts clearly the important acupoints aimed by each the pathway of Qi.Besides,analysing the reasons resulting in different understanding of the pathway of Qi in shanks,the paper states the importance of it.
