摘要
针灸在传统中医学理论界公认的理论基础是“疏通经络、活血化瘀、扶正祛邪”,现代医学理论中探讨其机制为“镇痛、改善微环境、影响激素及炎性机制的释放”,大量研究证实其疗效,已成为治疗运动医学的有效方法。本文通过检索PubMed、中国知网、万方等中英文数据库,查阅并分析有关针灸治疗运动医学疾病的国内外文献,探讨针灸在治疗肌腱病、肌筋膜炎、韧带损伤、周围神经损伤及腱骨愈合等疾病的临床疗效及其机制。虽然针灸在运动医学疾病中应用广泛,但现阶段研究多为回顾性研究,缺乏随机双盲对照试验,故在将来的研究中应注重多采用随机双盲试验方法,通过多中心、大样本的临床观察,以便进一步证实运动医学疾病治疗中针灸疗法的有效性,使之更好地应用于临床。
The acupuncture is widely used in the treatment of sports medicine diseases.According to traditional Chinese medicine theory,its mechanism is mainly"dredging the channels and collaterals,activating blood and dissolving stasis,strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor",while according to modem medicine,acupuncture has the mechanism of"alleviating pain,improving microenvironment,affecting hormone and inflammatory mediators release".A large number of studies have proved its exact curative effect,which has become an effective treatment method in sports medicine and it is worth further popularizing.In this review,we summarize the literature addressing the application effects of acupuncture on sports medicine diseases such as tendinopathy,myofascitis,ligament injury,peripheral nerve injury and tendon-to-bone healing etc and its mechanism.The theoretical mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine is clear-out,but the modem medical mechanism researches are still need more high-quality studies to confirm.
