摘要
肩部疾病涉及肩袖、韧带、肩关节等病理性改变,呈现出多样性及复杂性,具有一定的致残率,给个人、家庭带来巨大的经济损失及沉重负担。中医学认为“筋脉不通、气血凝滞”是导致肩部疾病的主要病机。针灸具有疏通经络、调和气血的作用,可以改善局部组织微环境,抑制炎症反应,以达到缓解肩关节疼痛的作用,其治疗效果显著、操作简便,已广泛应用于肩部疾病的治疗和预防。通过回顾相关文献,对针灸治疗肩部肌筋膜痛、冻结肩、肩峰下撞击综合征、肩袖损伤等肩部疾病的研究进展加以总结,以期为肩部疾病的针灸治疗提供更多参考。
Shoulder diseases involve pathological changes of rotator cuff,ligament and shoulder joint,showing diversity and complexity.They have a certain disability rate and may bring huge economic losses and heavy burden to individuals and families.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main mechanism of shoulder diseases is"blockage of muscles and veins,and stagnation of Qi and blood".Acupuncture has the function of dredging channels and collaterals,harmonizing Qi and blood,improving local tissue micro-environment,inhibiting inflammation reaction,so as to alleviate shoulder pain.Its therapeutic effect is remarkable and it is easy to operate.It has been widely used in the treatment and prevention of shoulder diseases.By reviewing the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of shoulder diseases,such as shoulder myofascial pain,frozen shoulder,subacromial impingement syndrome,rotator cuff injury and so on,in order to provide more reference for the acupuncture treatment of shoulder diseases.
