摘要
法治教育作为近来国家不断倡导的国民教育体系新内容,对法治中国的建设具有关键作用。而法学教育作为法律知识传授和法律精神培养的专门学科却在法治教育的施行中缺位,两者之间并未构建起有效的互动机制。考虑到法学教育的专业性和法律人才的广泛性,法学教育可在大学校园中承担起对全体大学生的"法治"教育责任,法律人才则可在社会环境中引领法治氛围的营造,践行法律信仰的魅力,突出法律专业人士的"次级"法学教育作用,从而实现法学教育和法治教育的良性互动。
As a new content of the national education system advocated by the state recently, the education of rule of law plays a key role in the construction of China under the rule of law. However, legal education, as a specialized subject of imparting legal knowledge and cultivating legal spirit, is absent in the implementation of legal education, and there is no effective interaction mechanism between the two. Considering the professionalism of law education and the wide range of legal talents, law education can assume the responsibility of "rule of law" education for all college students on campus. Legal talents can lead the construction of a legal atmosphere in the social environment, practise the charm of legal beliefs, highlight the "secondary" role of law education for legal professionals, and thus realize the good interaction of law education and rule of law education.
