摘要
通过对公石松的组织培养条件进行研究,拟摸索出适宜其组培的产业化技术.试验结果显示:最适诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L;最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+KT 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L;最适生根培养基为MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L+蔗糖25 g/L+活性炭1.5 g/L+蛋白胨2 g/L.该结果可为公石松产业化生产提供技术参考.
Through the study of tissue culture of Gongshisong,the techniques suitable for industrialized production of tissue culture and rapid propagation were established.The results showed that the optimum induction medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L,the optimum multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+KT 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+sucrose30g/L,and the optimum medium for rooting seedlings was MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L+sucrose 25 g/L+activated carbon 1.5 g/L+peptone 2 g/L.The results will supply technological reference for industrialization of Gongshisong production.
