摘要
食品科学与工程专业是应用型专业,要培养适应现代化发展的应用型人才,开放实验室的建设与管理是重要的教学环节。在当今“互联网+”时代下,分析开放式实验室存在的问题,提出相应的改革措施,从而达到在“互联网+实验教学”中培养学生的主观能动性、创新能力和实践动手能力,为食品工业的发展培养出更多的实用型创新性人才。
Food science and engineering is an application-oriented major,the primary mission of the major is to cultivate application-oriented talents who could adapt to the development of modern society,and the construction and management of open laboratory play a critical role on talent cultivation.In the era of“Internet+”,the aim of the research is to analyze the existing problems of open laboratories and put forward corresponding reform measures,so as to cultivate students’subjective initiative,innovation ability and practical operation ability,and cultivate more practical innovative talents for the development of food industry.
