海南本地甘薯种质资源农艺性状和营养品质比较 被引量:4

Comparison of the Agronomic Traits and Nutrient Qualities of Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam. Germplasms in Hainan

摘要 鉴定评价了9个海南本地甘薯品种的部分田间农艺性状和品质性状。结果表明,生长习性为直立型和半直立型的品种分别有1和3个,干物率超过300 g/kg的品种有3个;蛋白质含量超过20.0 g/kg的品种有2个;淀粉含量超过250 g/kg的品种有4个;维生素C含量超过50.0 mg/kg的品种有2个;甘薯品种SP-179的铁、钾和铜的含量均较高。因此,可筛选出甘薯品种SP-179和SP-50为优质甘薯品种。 We identified and evaluated the partial agronomic traits and quality traits of 9 varieties of Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.in Hainan.Results showed there were 1 and 3 varieties with growth habits of upright type and half-erect type,respectively.Dry matter rates of 3 varieties were more than 300 g/kg;there were 2 varieties with protein content greater than 20.0 g/kg,4 varieties with starch content greater than 250 g/kg,2 varieties with vitamin C content greater than 50.0 mg/kg.SP-179 showed relatively high Fe,K and Cu contents.Therefore,SP-179 and SP-50 were screened to be high-quality sweet potato varieties.
