摘要
选取花岗岩、石灰岩、辉绿岩、玄武岩四种岩性机制砂为研究对象,采用Ipp6.0(Image-Pro Plus)软件通过数字图像处理方法、DN-10BZ专业显微镜、Bettersize2000型激光粒度分析仪、COXEM-0型台式扫描电镜,分别对四种机制砂中粒级为1.18~2.36 mm、2.36~4.75 mm进行了圆形度分析,1.18~0.6 mm、0.6~0.3 mm、0.3~0.15 mm进行了形貌分析,0.15~0.075 mm、<0.075 mm进行了细度测定,<0.15 mm颗粒进行了SEM形貌分析;采用WX-2000型细集料棱角性粗糙度测定仪对四种机制砂的棱角性进行了测试。通过测试与分析,可获得特定制砂工艺参数下机制砂各粒级颗粒形貌特性的定性或定量参数,这对于机制砂加工工艺参数的优化和混凝土配合比设计都具有重要的参考价值。
In this paper,for each of the four kinds of lithologic mechanism sand granite being taken as the research objects,granite,limestone,diabase and basalt,we take a roundness analysis on those size grade of 1.18~2.36 mm and 2.36~4.75 mm,a shape characteristics on those of 1.18~0.6 mm,0.6~0.3 mm and 0.3~0.15 mm,a fineness measurement on those of 0.15~0.075 mm and those<0.075 mm,a particle shapes on those of<0.15 mm,and a shape characteristics testing on the four kinds of mechanism sand with the help of Image-Pro Plus 6.0,Digital Image Processing Method,DN-10BZ Professional Microscope,Bettersize2000 laser particle size analysis,COXEM-0 desktop SEM respectively,and WX-2000 tester of fine aggregate angularity.Through the testings and analysis,the qualitative or quantitative parameters of sand particle morphological characteristics of each size gradel mechanism sand in terms of specific sand-producing process parameters can be obtained,which are claimed to be valuable as a reference for the optimization of the parameters of sand-processing as well as the design of concrete's mix proportion.
