微信作业式认知训练对老年脑小血管病患者认知功能的效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究微信作业式认知训练对老年脑小血管病(CSVD)患者认知功能的干预效果。方法:选取2017年1—12月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院神经内科诊治的70例老年CSVD患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组35例。试验组实施微信作业式认知训练,对照组通过电话方式对患者及照护者进行认知训练指导。分别于入院时、出院后3个月、出院后6个月采用蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA)和简易智力状态量表(MMSE)评定患者认知能力;随访6个月,采用生存分析评定两组患者发生认知功能障碍的累计时间。结果:出院后3个月及6个月,试验组MMSE量表中注意和计算力、定向力评分及MMSE总分均高于入院时及对照组,MoCA量表中记忆力、抽象能力评分及MoCA总分均高于入院时及对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者MMSE和MoCA量表评价认知障碍发生累计时间曲线下面积比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:微信作业式认知训练对老年CSVD患者认知功能的改善有明显效果,值得推广应用。 ability scores were higher as well(P<0.05).The area under the survival curve of the cumulative time of cognitive impairment was similar in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:WeChat task-based cognitive training was significantly effective in improving cognitive function of senile CSVD.
