摘要
就当下灯体加工设备使用现状,通过故障树分析方法评估灯体热加工设备事故预案,以期能够找出突破点。首先基于人机工程的缺陷进行了机器设计流程分析,然后基于故障树模型的定性与定量分析,全面展示既有灯体热加工设备极有可能造成的伤害,发现设备设计的薄弱环节。通过制定可行的、有效的灯体热加工设备改造优化方案,有效防止或者消除了设备对工人身体造成伤害,同时实现了设备操作内容的完善,以及操作工人的安全意识。
In this paper,according to the present situation of lamp body processing equipment,the accident plan of lamp body hot processing equipment is evaluated by fault tree analysis method,in order to find out the breakthrough point.Firstly,the machine design flow is analyzed based on the defects of ergonomics,and then,based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree model,the possible damage caused by the existing lamp body hot working equipment is comprehensively displayed,and the weak links of the equipment design are found.A feasible and effective optimization scheme for the transformation of lamp body hot working equipment is worked out,so as to prevent or eliminate the damage caused by the equipment to the workersundefined body,and at the same time to realize the perfection of the equipment operation content and the safety consciousness of the operation workers.
