摘要
在球罐不能开罐检验的情况下,采用声发射技术对球罐进行缺陷活动性检测。通过分析升压和保压过程中的声发射定位源信号,以及超声和射线复验结果,确定声发射定位源的位置和性质;对声发射定位源信号的成因进行分析,并提出了针对性的解决方案。
Under the condition that the spherical tank cannot be opened for inspection,acoustic emission technology is used to test the activity of defects.The location and nature of the acoustic emission location source are determined by analyzing the acoustic emission location source signal in the process of boosting and maintaining pressure,as well as the ultrasonic and ray reinspedtion results.The origin of acoustic emission signal is analyzed.The solution is proposed.
