摘要
针对某厂不锈钢生产线脉冲燃烧控制加热炉,对无段流量调节脉冲控制燃烧系统调试前准备工作、脉冲烧嘴调试步骤进行了梳理;对调试时数据测量和后续分析进行了总结,可供类似无段流量调节脉冲加热炉燃烧系统设计和生产使用时参考。
Aiming at the pulse combustion control reheating furnace of stainless steel production line in a factory,the preparation work before the commissioning of the pulse control combustion system without zone flow Regulation and the commissioning steps of the pulse burner are combed;the data measurement and subsequent analysis during the commissioning are summarized.It can provide reference for the design and production of similar pulse control combustion system without zone flow Regulation.
