数控机床主轴表面热处理工艺研究

摘要 数控机床在制造业中的应用特别广泛,但是却容易存在主轴磨损、表面烧伤等现象影响机床的正常使用。通过激光热处理技术,可以对主轴表面进行激光的照射,从而使主轴表面形成一层高硬度的淬硬层。随着激光输出功率的逐渐增加,形成的光斑密度也会随之加大,因此淬硬层的深度以及宽度也会相应的扩大。理论与实践表明,采用激光热处理技术对机床的主轴进行加工处理,能够大大提升主轴表面的耐磨性,延长机床的使用寿命。 The application of CNC machine tools in the manufacturing industry is particularly wide,but the existance of spindle wear,surface burns and other phenomena badiy affects the normal use of machine tools.Through laser heat treatment technology,the surface of the spindle can be irradiated by laser,so as to form a high hardness hardened layer on the surface of the spindle.As the laser output power increases gradully,the spot density will also increase,so the depth and width of the hardened layer will increase correspondingly.Theory and practice show that using laser heat treatment technology to process the spindle can greatly improve the wear resistance of the spindle surface and prolong the service life of the machine tool.
