摘要
通过对2250热轧加热炉进行热平衡测试和分析,对比了常规加热炉和蓄热式加热炉的热效率等关键参数。根据热平衡计算结果,寻找了炉子之间存在的燃耗差异,分析产生这些差异的主要原因,并根据分析结果提出了相应的改进措施,为降低加热炉能耗和钢铁轧制成本提供了技术指导方向。
In this paper,the heat balance of 2250 hot rolling furnace is tested and analyzed,and the thermal efficiency of conventional heating furnace and regenerative heating furnace with comparision of.Based on the calculation results of heat balance,the differences between these furnaces and the main reasons of these differences have been found and analyzed.This paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures according to the analysis results.It provides technical direction for reducing energy consumption and rolling cost of steel in heating furnace.
