摘要 某炼钢厂高压循环水泵作为输送高压水蒸气的动力源在使用两个月后发生轴承抱死失效。失效轴承为6315深沟球轴承,其保持架完全断裂并烧损变形,部分滚动体破裂,表面有不同程度损伤。对6315深沟球轴承失效故障的机理进行了分析,对轴承进行了宏观失效分析、微观失效分析、断裂有限元模拟工况分析,得出轴承失效原因为疲劳断裂和高温磨损。 A high-pressure circulating water pump is installed in a steel mill as a power source for conveying high-pressure steam.Bearing lock failure occurs two months later.The failed bearing is a 6315 deep groove ball bearing.The cage is completely broken and burned and deformed.Some of the rolling elements are broken with damaged surfaces.In this paper,the mechanism of failure failure of 6315 deep groove ball bearing is analyzed.Macro failure analysis,micro failure analysis and fracture finite element analysis of the bearing are carried out.It is concluded that the bearing failure is due to fatigue fracture and high temperature wear.
