摘要
针对应用型本科专业学生创新与实践能力培养的迫切需求,以材料成型与控制工程专业为例,说明现代工程训练架构下该类本科专业学生创新与实践能力培养的方法与途径。探讨以模具CAD/CAM/CAE集成的一体化教学模式的研究与实践,将工程案例融合于模具设计、模具现场调试、工程分析的教学环节,通过课堂的案例教学与课外兴趣小组的知识实践拓展,进一步提升学生专业创新与实践能力的素质培养,形成基于先进制造技术与理念的创新与实践教学模式。
To cultivate the innovation and practice abilities of application-oriented undergraduate students,taking material forming and control engineering subject as an example,this paper illustrates CAD/CAM/CAE integrated method of teaching mold design,which introduces engineering case studies into the teaching of mold design,process debugging and engineering analysis,etc. Through case teaching in classroom and the extracurricular interest groups activities,the students’ professional innovation and practice abilities have improved,and a new teaching mode based on advanced manufacturing technology and concept is thus developed.
