摘要
目的探讨通过研讨式教学提升中医师诊断能力的实施效果。方法对盛京医院中医科10名医师进行研讨式教学应用,在研讨过程中,以《中医治疗冠心病心肌缺血研讨》为研究主线,由主任医师与医师为共同教学主体,结合中医诊断方法论,通过主任医师的精讲、点评,激发医师们学习中医的积极性、主动性,不断从研讨教学中积累中医临床诊断经验。结果经研讨式教学满意度调查,满意率为93.75%,提高中医理论学习效率。结论研讨式教学应用于中医临床教学,有助于提高医师的中医理论水平与临床诊断质量,并确立研讨式教学在中医自主教学中的地位,使之成为提升中医团队工作效能的常规途径。
Objective To explore the effect of improving the diagnostic ability of TCM practitioners through discussion teaching.Methods In the course of the research on 10 medical physicians in Shengjing Hospital, this paper takes "TCM treatment of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease" as the main line of study, and is composed of the chief physician and physician as the common teaching subject, combined with the diagnosis methodology of TCM, and inspires physicians to learn the enthusiasm and initiative of TCM through the intensive and comments of the chief physician. Constantly accumulate experience in clinical diagnosis of TCM from the discussion and teaching. Results After the study of teaching satisfaction survey, the satisfaction rate was 93.75 %,which improved the theoretical learning efficiency of TCM. Conclusion The application of discussion teaching in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to improve the theoretical level and clinical diagnosis quality of physicians, and to establish the position of discussion teaching in the autonomous teaching of TCM, so as to make it a regular way to improve the effectiveness of TCM team work.
