摘要
糖尿病(DM)是由遗传和环境等多种病因引起胰岛素分泌或作用缺陷导致以血糖水平增高为特征的一种代谢性疾病。临床复方和实验研究中常用中药对药治疗糖尿病,通过归纳总结近年来运用施今墨对药治疗糖尿病的相关文献,探讨施今墨常用对药在临床上的应用及其药理作用,进一步阐释中药对药在糖尿病治疗中的作用机理,为一组或多组对药组成的复方的进一步的研究和推广提供依据。
Diabetes mellitus(DM) is a metabolic disease characterized by insulin secretion or deficiency due to genetic and environmental factors. Clinical compound and experimental studies also commonly used Chinese medicine to treat diabetes, through summing up the recent literature on the treatment of diabetes with Shi Jinmo. To explore the clinical application and pharmacological effect of Shi Jinmo, and to explain the mechanism of Chinese medicine in diabetes treatment, and to provide the basis for the further research and popularization of the compound of one or more groups of drugs.
