摘要
目的探讨针刺联合中频电治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法随机选取漳州市中医院2017年2月-2018年7月接诊的70例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按照电脑随机法将其分为对照组、研究组,各35例。对照组予以中频电治疗,研究组联合使用中频电与针刺进行治疗,为期1个疗程,比较2组治疗疗效。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(79.07%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组症状体征评分高于对照组、VAS评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经根型颈椎病患者予以针刺+中频电方案治疗,利于减轻症状体征,缓解疼痛,临床效果显著,具有优选价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupunctur e combined with medium frequency electrotherapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 70 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in our hospital from February 2017 to July 2018 were randomly selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and research group according to computer random method, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with medium frequency electrotherapy, and the research group was treated with medium frequency electrotherapy and acupuncture for a period of one course. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group(94.29 %) was higher than that of the control group(74.29%), and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The symptom and sign score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant( P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and Moxibustion plus medium frequency electric therapy for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can relieve symptoms and signs, relieve pain, and have a significant clinical effect, which is of optimal value.
