摘要
目的分析温肾化气丸联合温肾健脾方加减辨治肾小球肾炎疗效。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月吉林省辽源市中医院收治的肾小球肾炎患者42例为研究对象,随机单双数法分为对照组21例,主要为基础性治疗,观察组21例为温肾化气丸联合温肾健脾方治疗,对比2种治疗方式的效果。结果 2组患者治疗前肌酐、尿素氮并无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者肾功能指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为肾小球肾炎患者采用温肾化气丸、温肾健脾方治疗时可显著提升临床疗效,改善肾功能,有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of Wenshen Huaqi pill combi ned with warming kidney and strengthening spleen prescription in the treatment of glomerulonephritis. Methods 42 patients with glomerulonephritis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group(21 cases) and observation group(21 cases). The control group received Basic treatment. The observation group was given Wenshen Huaqi pill combined with warming kidney and strengthening spleen prescription. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results There was no significant difference in creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups before treatment, and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05). The renal function index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0.05). The clinical symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0.05). Conclusion Wenshen Huaqi pill combined with warming kidney and strengthening spleen prescription can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and renal function of patients with glomerulonephritis, which has clinical application value.
