摘要
麻黄在《金匮要略》方剂中应用广泛,有时用于解表,有时用于通经,有时用于平喘,有时用于发散水气,有时用于治疗心悸,还可用于去黄,甚至用于还魂等等,远超出"发汗解表"的范围,且在配伍、用量及煎服法等方面十分讲究,还强调了麻黄的使用禁忌。探析麻黄在书中的应用规律,对提高麻黄在临床实践中的应用技巧有重要价值。
Ephedra is widely used in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber. Sometimes it is used to relieve exterior syndrome, to stimulate the menstrual flow, to relieve asthma, to relieve edema, to treat palpitations, to treat jaundice, even to rejuvenate the soul and so on,which is far beyond the scope of "sweat solution", and is very particular about compatibility, dosage and decoction method. The taboo of ephedra use was also emphasized. The analysis of the law of application of ephedra in the book is of great value in improving the application of ephedra in clinical practice.
