摘要
为实现钢铁企业更高效的生产,提高工艺产品质量及稳定性,本文针对钢铁企业现实状况,以现场设备的智能监控,实时记录设备生产、运行、状态数据,利用收集的大量数据进行大数据分析,为设备管理人员提供设备状态信息,故障诊断及劣化预判。
Based on the actual situation of iron and steel enterprises, combined with intelligent monitoring of field equipment, the data about equipment production, operation, and status were recorded in real-time, so as to achieve more efficient production of steel companies and improve the quality and stability of products;during the production, big data analysis was used to provide equipment management personnel with equipment status information, fault diagnosis and deterioration prediction.
