摘要
通过分析高速动车车轴用钢EA4T的使用条件,添加了Ni、V进行合金化进行强化并设计出9组热处理的正交试验,通过设计出合理的车轴热处理工艺,解决了寒带车轴低温-40℃,横向、纵向缺口深度为5mm的冲击韧性≥30J,并且车轴半径1/2处的铁素体组织控制在≤5%的技术难题。
Through analyzing the application conditions of EA4T for axles of high-speed locomotives, element Ni and V were added for alloying strengthening, and the orthogonal experiments for nine group heat treatment was designed. Through the reasonable heat treatment process for axle, some technical problems were solved, such as axle working under the environment of -40 ℃ cold zone axle, the impact toughness ≥30J for 5 mm depth of the horizontal and vertical notches, and the ferrite structure at 1/2 radius of axle should be controlled 5% or less.
