根际促生菌对设施西瓜生长、品质及产量的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Rhizosphere Growth Promoting Bacteria on Growth,Quality and Yield of Watermelon in Greenhouse

摘要 以"小玲"西瓜(Citrullus lanatus)为试材,采用单因素完全随机设计,以清水为对照,研究了7种(固氮抗盐菌、世明菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、胶质芽胞杆菌、巨大芽胞杆菌、苏云金芽胞杆菌)不同的根际促生菌对西瓜生长、品质及产量的影响,以期为根际促生菌在西瓜上的应用推广提供参考依据。结果表明:T1处理能促进植株根系生长,促进植株对磷元素的吸收利用,提高西瓜产量,增产23.47%;T2处理能显著促进植株叶片生长,促进植株对氮、磷元素的吸收;T3处理能显著提高可溶性糖含量,增加西瓜风味改善西瓜品质;T4、T5、T6、T7处理能促进植株生长,T4处理可显著提高叶绿素总含量,比CK高31.87%,T7处理能促进植株对钾元素的吸收利用。 Taking watermelon(Citrullus lanatus)‘Xiaoling’as the test material,using the single factor completely random design,and using the water as the control,the effect of seven kinds of rhizosphere-promoting bacteria on growth,quality and yield of watermelon were studied,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of rhizosphere-promoting bacteria on watermelon.The results showed that T1 treatment could promote the root growth of plants,promote the absorption and utilization of phosphorus by plants,increase the yield of watermelon and increase the yield by 23.47%.T2 treatment could significantly promote the growth of leaves and promote the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus by plants.T3 treatment could significantly increase soluble sugar content,increased watermelon flavor to improve watermelon quality;T4,T5,T6,T7 treatment could promote plant growth,T4 treatment could significantly increase total chlorophyll content,31.87%higher than CK,T7 treatment could promote plant potassium absorption and utilization.
