“共享、交叉、实践”培养行业特色型高校数学专业创新人才的模式探索与实践 被引量:7

摘要 围绕行业特色型高校数学专业创新人才培养,西北工业大学应用数学系教学团队提出了为行业与新兴科技领域培养创新型数学人才的目标,确立了"共享、交叉、实践"的培养理念,构建并实践了"四类共享、三重交叉、四级实践"的创新人才培养模式,创建了"更新培养方案、强化专业认知教育、实行本科生导师负责制"的培养模式实施机制和"三分引进、三重培养"的师资队伍建设机制.人才培养改革成效显著. Focusing on the cultivation of innovative mathematical talents in industry-based universities,the teaching team from the Department of Applied Mathematics of Northwestern Polytechnical University put forward the idea of"sharing,crossing and practicing".It constructed and practiced the mode of cultivating innovative talents based on"four types of sharing,three overlapping and four levels of practice",and created the implementation mechanism of the cultivation mode of"renewing the training scheme,strengthening the education in professional cognition,and implementing the tutor responsibility system for undergraduate students"as well.The implementation mechanism of training mode and the constructed mechanism of"three-part introduction and three-part cultivation"of teachers′team have achieved remarkable results in the reform of personnel training.
