摘要
目的:探讨灾害护理中人文关怀的应用方法和效果。方法:选取因重大车祸住院接受治疗患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上配合使用人文关怀。比较两组护理效果。结果:对照组护理总有效率、护理满意度均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀可以更好地尊重患者权利和人格,使患者享受到更加优质的服务,在灾害护理中的应用能够进一步缓解患者的身心创伤,促进患者身体早日康复。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of humanistic care in disaster nursing.Methods:100 patients who were hospitalized for treatment because of major traffic accidents were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency and satisfaction of nursing in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care can better respect the rights and personality of patients,so that patients can enjoy better service,and the application in disaster nursing can further alleviate the physical and mental trauma of patients,and promote the early recovery of patients.
